Line Cook
Full-Time / Part-Time
Prepare and cook menu items according to Willie B's standards. Experience in Southern/soul food a plus. Must be reliable, clean, and a team player.
Server
Full-Time / Part-Time
Provide outstanding customer service and take orders in our dining room. Outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality required.
Bartender
Full-Time / Part-Time
Mix cocktails, serve drinks, and engage with bar guests in a high-energy environment. Must have bartending experience and a fun, professional attitude.
Busser / Dishwasher
Part-Time
Keep the dining room and kitchen clean and organized. A great entry point into the restaurant industry with room to grow.
Kitchen Prep
Full-Time / Part-Time
Assist with food preparation, ingredient prepping, and maintaining cleanliness. Reliability and attention to detail required.
Event Staff
As-Needed
Support private events, set up/breakdown, and assist with event service. Flexible availability for weekends and evenings preferred.
